Below is a sample of the information we will need before you begin your PremiumSync program. Having this information before you log-in will expedite your set-up process.

We will need the following information:

1. The name of your payroll software or payroll company

2. Contact information for the individual who will be uploading your payroll files into the PremiumSync system:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email Address
  • Phone Number

3. Contact information for the individual who can approve the electronic transfer of funds (ACH) from your bank account (or indicate if it’s the same person as above):

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email Address
  • Phone Number

Does this individual want to receive emails regarding late payrolls, amount of funds to be swept, etc?

4. Does your bank account require explicit authorization for companies before allowing the electronic transfer of funds?

5. Your payroll cycle: Weekly, Bi-Weekly, Semi-monthly, Monthly, or more than one type. (exempt employees are bi-weekly and hourly employees are weekly)?

6. If you have multiple locations do you have a central payroll system (one payroll report) or a separate payroll system for each location (multiple payroll reports)?

Please be prepared to email a recent payroll file so we can train our system to read your file. We will also discuss your employee roles and assign the correct rating class. Export your payroll file into an EXCEL spreadsheet. Remove any sensitive data such as date of birth or social security number (leave the header for those columns).
